Podcasts
These are scripts I’ve written for podcasts I’ve performed in, such as Ostium and The Way We Haunt Now. I’ve also included scripts for a podcast I’ve been developing for a while, Djeli. Djeli is conceived as a 4 season, 6 episode per season podcast that retells folktales and myths from Africa, Asia and other under-read cultures. View them here.
PSAs and Commercials
Much of my directing work is for science and government communication. There’s a vital need to translate concepts from jargon into plain English that everyone who isn’t a scientist or a legislator can understand. By working directly with specialists from concepting, through scriptwriting, to filming and final edits, I’ve been able to deliver customer & consumer content that is approachable, educational and most importantly, watchable.
